Control & Transparency
Specialist Mode is an Operator upgrade, not a replacement for your control. You own the client relationship, pricing, brand, and final decisions. Client visibility remains Operator-only. Specialists support overflow and complex cases—you handle business strategy.
Your Brand, Your Portal
Clients never see specialist interfaces. All specialist work appears in your white-labeled portal under your brand. Specialist actions are invisible to clients—they only see your approved work.
You Set Client Pricing
Specialist Mode subscription is separate from your client pricing. You charge clients whatever you want. Specialist subscription costs are your operational expense, not passed through to clients.
Approve Every Action
Every specialist action requires your approval. Letters, round strategies, response classifications—nothing reaches clients without your explicit approval. Modify, reject, or approve as you see fit.
Specialist Plan Overview
Specialist Mode is available as a monthly subscription with three tiers. The Operator purchases Specialist subscriptions.
