Return and Refund Policy

Overview
This Return and Refund Policy applies to platform subscription services provided by DisputeJet. This policy covers subscription cancellations, refunds, and billing adjustments for the DisputeJet platform.
Note: This policy applies to platform subscriptions only. Client dispute service refunds are governed by separate terms agreed upon between operators and their clients.
Subscription Cancellation
Cancel Anytime
You may cancel your platform subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to the platform until the end of the period you have paid for.
How to Cancel
To cancel your subscription:
- Navigate to Operator Settings → Pricing & Payments → Subscription
- Click "Manage Subscription" to access the payment page
- Contact support at hello@disputejet.com with your account information
Refund Policy
Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance. If you cancel your monthly subscription:
- You will continue to have access until the end of the current billing period
- No refunds are provided for the current billing period
- Your subscription will not renew for the following month
Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscriptions are billed in advance. If you cancel your annual subscription:
- You will continue to have access until the end of the current billing period
- Refunds for unused months are calculated on a prorated basis
- Refund amount = (Remaining months / 12) × Annual subscription price
- Refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days and credited to the original payment method used for the subscription. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Free Period (Launchpad Tier)
Operators with fewer than 100 active clients (90-day rolling window) are on the Launchpad tier and have access to the platform at no cost. No subscription payment is required during this period. Once you reach 100 active clients, subscription billing begins automatically.
Billing Disputes
If you believe you have been charged incorrectly or have questions about your billing:
- Contact support at hello@disputejet.com within 30 days of the charge
- Include your account information and details of the disputed charge
- We will investigate and respond within 5 business days
- If an error is found, a full refund will be issued
Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Monthly subscription fees for the current billing period (if canceled mid-period)
- Fees for services already rendered during the subscription period
- Charges for exceeding usage limits or additional services
- Third-party payment processing fees

Policy Updates
We reserve the right to update this Return and Refund Policy at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to active subscribers at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
